ASSESS AUTOASSESS

Want to know what your opponent's current conditions are? Assess is your command! 
Turn on autoassess in the toggles for a reporting at the end of each round. 
Assess will show you your opponent's percentages along with nasty affects like 
curse, blind, etc. You can see their mana as well if you have the MANASEER skill.

In combat, the "->" before a name shows who you are targetting and "<-" shows
who is targetting you. "><" indicates that you are targetting one another.

Usage: assess <victim>  [ hp | mana | stam ]
       assess fight (to assess everyone fighting)
       toggle autoassess
