Midgaard and use one of the commands below.

Note: The bank is located 2n 1e from the Temple of Midgaard (deposit limit $100m). 
You can also deposit and withdraw from bank rooms like in the meta shop (deposit 
limit $500m) or purchase a bank flag for your house (deposit limit $1b).
