COMMENT

Use this command to comment on a bug, idea, or typo entry that you have
made previously.  Usage is as follows:

 comment idea 56 To clarify my entry here's what I would say...

This would add the above comment to the idea entry #56.  To figure out
which entries you have and the corresponding numbers, use the REVIEW
command.
