This just doesn't sound good.  It gets really hard to concentrate when someone
is playing this kind of racket.  Anyone trying to cast a spell will have a
5% increased chance of losing concentration for every skill rank the bard has
in this song.  It affects anyone in the room that isn't in the bard's group.
