FOLLOWERS PETS "PET SHOP" RENAME "PET STORE"

If you'd like to follow someone around, use the FOLLOW command.

If you want to enlist help from non-player characters, you have several options.
First, you can buy yourself a pet at the Midgaard Pet Shop, located 3 south, 
1 east, 1 north of Midgaard Temple.  

Depending on your class, you might also be able to CHARM your own pets, or
even create them from pure magic (i.e. FAMILIAR).

Use the ORDER command to order your followers to perform actions.  You
might like to give your followers names.  If so, use the RENAME command.  Use the
RALLY command to get your followers to come back to you if lost.

Limits:
The total number of followers that you can control is limited by
your level and a stat (1 + stat/4) where stat is Intelligence for Mages
and Wisdom for everyone else, up to a maximum of 6 NPC followers.  The maximum
total level of all your NPC followers added together is limited by your level
and Wisdom [ level + (Wisdom * 2.5) ]. You can't order your followers to cast
spells but many skills and bard play abilities are available. Some followers
will spontaneously cast on you, depending on what they are programmed to do.

then type: skills <follower name>
