FOUNTAINS

You can purchase FOUNTAINS in your vault using the CONSTRUCT command.  For information
on where to get WATER, see HELP WATER.  Here is a partial list of fountain liquid types
and their corresponding number that should be specified when purchasing FountainLiquidType
with the CONSTRUCT command in player MANORS.  The number in parenthesis is the amount of
drunkness the liquid adds:

       0  water (0)
       1  beer (3)
       2  wine (4)
       3  ale (2)
       4  dark ale (1)
       5  whisky (6)
       6  lemonade (0)
       7  firebreather (8)
       8  local speciality (3)
       9  slime mold juice (0)
       10 milk (0)
       11 tea (0)
       12 coffee (0)
       13 blood (0)
       14 salt water (0)
       15 tequila (5)
       16 grog (3)
       17 soymilk (0)
       18 eggnog (1)
       19 hot chocolate (0)
       20 rum (5)

If you're just looking for water, there's a fountain 1 south of recall.
