HOMAGE PRESTIGE

Nobody can get where they are without help from others.  Got a favorite
benefactor that helped you get going or continues to give you pro tips?

Well, once you reach level 51 with any character on your account, you can
repay the favor with much coveted noble points.  You'll earn HOMAGE for your
highest attained level according to the rate below.  It's limited so don't
just give it away like pipeweed bread.  Use it to thank people that deserve it.

Levels 51 - 59 = 1 homage per level
       60 - 79 = 2 per level
       80 - 99 = 3 per level
           100 = 10 extra homage

Paragon levels starting at level 50 = 5 per level.

Players that have received HOMAGE will see it as "Prestige points" on the NOBLE
command.  It is illegal to give HOMAGE to yourself.

Usage: homage <recipient> <# of homage points to give> <reason>
