Usage: homestead

Claim a free starter residence in the city. Available to any character
level 10 or above whose account does not already own a house.

Your starter home includes:                                                                                     
  - A private room (no visitors)
  - Regeneration of health, mana, and stamina
  - A chest for storing your belongings
  - Bank access

Use HOME to return to your residence from Midgaard at any time.

Upgrading:
  Once you earn 1000 noble points, you can upgrade your residence to a
  full manor with CONSTRUCT FULLHOUSE (costs 10,000,000 gold). This unlocks
  all construction options, allows guests to visit, and your home will
  begin contributing to your noble score.
