CHOSTILE HOSTILE CLANHOSTILE

This command lets a clan leader set their clan to HOSTILE.  Hostile clans get
improved ranking on the clan list and get a 5% exp bonus if they are also
OUTLAW.  Hostile clans MUST compete in scheduled clan events. It is extremely
expensive to remove the Hostile flag from a clan once set and can only be done
by a God.
