INDUCT REJECT

If you want to join a clan, find a leader and ask them to INDUCT you.
Leaders have the option to REJECT you if necessary.  You can also REJECT
yourself from a clan at any time.  To INDUCT new members into the clan, go
to the initiation chamber which is 3s 4w 9s e n from recall and have the
inductee kneel.   Induction fees vary according to the number of members.  
It is usually best to acquire the money from the inductee as an initiation 
fee.

   Members  1 -  3: 10k each
   Members  4 -  7: 50k
   Members  8 - 11: 100k
   Members 11 - 14: 250k
   Members 15 - 17: 400k
   Members 18+    : 300k + (num - 17) * 350k
