PHYLACTERY "CRAFT HOLY SYMBOL"

Affects: Milled Wood, Metal, or Refined Bone

Class: Demoniac, Dreadlord, Druid, Monk, Paladin, Prophet, Templar

This skill allows you to turn refined wood, metal, or bone into a holy 
symbol.  You need access to crafting equipment in the Refinery. The equipment 
that you need depends on if you are using wood, metal, or bone. Only 
Demoniacs and Dreadlords can make holy symbols out of bone.

Usage: phylactery <metal, milled wood, or refined bone>
