REIMBURSEMENTS REIMBS

If you die, and the mud crashes before you can retrieve your equipment, you
may be entitled to a partial reimbursement.  Our current reimb policy is to
return those items which were WORN, only, (ie, not in inventory) at the time
of death.  No requests for other items, containers, or eq that was in carried
containers, will be approved without extreme circumstances, and rarely then.

This policy allows us to give a slightly better reimbursement to more people,
since it is based on logs, and we don't have to worry about verifying that
someone actually had what they ask to have replaced.  Note that time of death,
and a crash very close in time to that death, will be verified before a
reimbursement is done, and that verification and reimbursement do not happen
automatically or 'on demand.'
