&0B9. Public Channels&07
  While you have every right to disagree with Mud Administration's decisions,
  you need to voice your opinions in the proper forums, which do not include
  public channels. Public channels are for conversations and constructive
  discussions, not griping, because little is resolved over gossip/rude/etc.
  If you wish to calmly and constructively discuss your opinion with the
  staff, we have provided proper forums for you to utilize.  To direct your
  communication directly to the admins, send email to support@lists.kallistimud.com..

&0b10. Corpse Looting&07

  Looting or saccing a player's corpse is against the rules. You may only
  loot a corpse or pick up equipment if you are doing a CR for the player.
  If you find a lot of equipment on the ground please ask if anyone has
  died there before claiming ownership. This rule however does NOT apply
  to PTHIEF corpses.

  In general violations of any rule will proceed along the lines of:
     Violation 1 : warning,
     Violation 2 : exile, freeze, mute, as the situation warrants,
     Violation 3+: deletion and/or site-banning.
