SETSUMMON NOSUMMON

This command is used to set your summon permission levels to prevent people
from summoning you that may intend to cause you harm.  It is a very good idea
to limit who can summon you as much as possible.

Usage:  setsummon <state>  (where state is one of the following):
 off :       nobody can summon you
 leader :    only your current group leader can summon you
 group :     only members of your current group can summon you
 clan :      only your fellow clan members can summon you
 clangroup : only clanmates and group members can summon you
 any :       anyone can summon you - VERY DANGEROUS, NOT RECOMMENDED

The fact that it is possible to use summon to harm others does NOT mean that
it is permissible.  Please inform the Implementors if you are being harrassed.
