SHIELDCRAFT "CRAFT SHIELD"

Shields can be made out of: Metal, Milled Wood, or Magic.

Use SHIELDCRAFT and refined metal, wood, or magic to make a shild. You need:
  blacksmithing proficiency for metal
  woodworking proficiency for wood
  thaumaturgy for magic
You also need a shield use of 3 or higher to make a shield with the 
appropriate forge in the Refinery.

Usage: shieldcraft <refined material>
