STAVING "STAFF CRAFTING"

Class: Necromancer, Wizard

This proficiency allows you to create a spellstaff out of refined wood and 
refined magical energy.  Staff making equipment can be found in the Magic 
Refinery in the Midgaard Refinery.

Usage: staffcraft <wood material> <magic material> 'spell name'
