TAG IT

A game of TAG is always in effect.  It is purely for fun and has no bearing on
the actual game play (unless used as part of a quest).  Whoever is 'IT' has an
'I' out to the far right of their name on the WHO list.  They can TAG anyone
they please except players below level 10.
