TAX

Aside from death, the only other thing you can count on in life.  If you
want to be part of the beaurocracy, build a house, become a noble, then
build a throne room and you can levy taxes on the populance.  This will
generate revenue about once per reboot.  Occasionally, your tax collector
could be under threat of an uprising so don't abuse your power too much.
