TELLS

Use this command to send a message to a single person.  Only the intended
recipient will hear the message.  You can send tells to mobiles (mobs) but
mobs normally won't respond.  To see what players are online type WHO.

Usage: tell <player> <message>
Example:  tell sam hi, how are you?
