WALKPKILL

When this TOGGLE option is ON you will be able to walk into neutral or chaotic
PKILL zones.  If it is OFF you won't accidently walk into them. Note - Clan
Halls are excluded - you can freely walk in and out of these pkill rooms
regardless of WALKPK status.

Usage:  toggle walkpk
