ROD USE WANDS RODS RECHARGE

To use a rod or wand you must hold it first then type USE.  You must also
specify who you want to use the wand or rod on.  Wands affect single victims
where rods affect everyone in the room except the user.  Wands and rods
also use up charges everytime they are used.  To see how many charges are
left recite an identify scroll on the wand or rod. To RECHARGE your wand
take it to Ricewind, north of the magic shop and ESTIMATE to see how much
it will cost.

Wands and rods have wisdom requirements that will be displayed if your wisdom is
insufficient.

Usage: use <rod | wand> <target>
       recharge <wand>
