~ TILDE

A tilde next to an item in a list means the item has been modified from its
original somehow.  (typically resized larger or smaller).  Slegge will modify
objects for you, but there are also other ways to modify items with quest points
at the ADVENTURERS GUILD or some skills, spells, and crafting proficiencies.
