Release notes, by release

 - New: NEWS is now split up by release instead of one long
   file.  NEWS shows what changed since you last played,
   NEWS ALL shows everything, and NEWS 5.3.52 shows a
   single release.  Older news is still there, under NEWS ALL.
 - Changed: EAT, DRINK, SIP, TASTE and POUR now tell you they
   looked in your inventory when they cannot find something.  They
   only ever searched what you were carrying, so "you can't find
   it!" was misleading for anything lying on the ground.
