Crash fix and clan display corrections

 - Bugfix: GWHO could crash the game when someone in your
   group had a charmed follower.  This is what took the realm down
   that night, and our apologies for the interruption.  Fixed.
 - Bugfix: Clan coin amounts were shown incorrectly.  The costs
   quoted for inducting and for changing rank titles were the wrong
   numbers, not merely badly formatted.  They now show what you
   actually pay.
 - Bugfix: Clan trophies and power displayed the same
   value.  Each now shows its own.
 - Changed: Large numbers are grouped for readability, so
   1,234,567 rather than 1234567.
