 - Paid upgrades keep the rank you were quoted: when you paid the
   quest guild smith to enhance, imbue, augment or boost an
   item, it was level-locked so its rank stayed where estimate said
   -- until your next login, when the lock quietly fell off and the rank
   jumped to match the new power.  The lock now stays.  (Reported by
   Hojo.)
 - Godhammer declines random and crafted weapons, for now: those
   weapons have no pattern to return to, so when godhammer wore off only
   the proc came away -- the extra die, the speed and the higher level
   requirement stayed behind, and piled up with every cast.  Until it
   can be undone properly, the gods will decline.  Weapons that kept
   bonuses this way are being set right.  (Reported by Gija.)
