Valmeyjar scares the whole room

 - Valmeyjar scares the whole room: the spell stopped at the first
   creature it frightened to sleep, so everything after it in the room
   was left untouched.  It now works through everyone present.  Casting
   it on creatures already asleep also named you instead of them.
 - Practice shows who can really learn a skill: practice
   <skill> listed every class on every line, so professions such as
   skinning looked open to classes that cannot train them.  Each line now
   shows the class it is for.  (Reported by Turalyon.)
