Kasath takes up the hammer

 - Kasath takes up the hammer: Kasath in Evermore's Weapon Smithy now
repairs weapons and armour as well as selling them. repair and
   estimate both work there.
 - Shops that don't repair: typing repair at a shopkeeper who
doesn't do repairs now tells you so, instead of the baffling "There is
   no 'all' here."
 - Crash fixed: Death could take the whole game down along with his
victim. He now settles for the victim.
