AUCTION BARTER

The AUCTION command is used to buy/sell objects. You can see the items that are
for sale on the auction channel. Use AUCTION IDENTIFY to see it's stats. 
When you see something that you like you can AUCTION BID <amount> for it but 
you need to have the amount on your person and not in the bank. If you win it
the auctioneer will automatically take the price out of your gold and put the
item in your inventory.

Some people use action as a way to show an entire group the stats of an item
or help someone out who forgot their recall or need a special type of recall.

  Usages:
  auction offer <item> <minbid> | To offer an item for sale.
  auction bid <amount> | Place a bid on the current auctioned item.
  auction cancel | Cancel an item you've offered with no current bids.
  auction status | Check status of current aution.
  auction identify | Check statistics of item up for auction.

Barter is a channel used for talking to others about selling items.
