The horrible look of death will frighten foes and cause them to lose attacks
during battle. The number of lost attacks is from 1 to 1+rank/2 and happens
immediately.  It can also cause your foe to fall off their mount.

Your opponent will also be delayed from using skills for 1 round (or for 2
rounds at rank 5).

Usage: glare <opponent>
