GROUPEXP

You get a group experience bonus to all experience earned based on the
number of PRESENT group members as follows:

How does this work?  You take the amount of experience that the victim
would normally be worth and multiply it by the multiplier above - that's
the BONUS exp the group receives (divided by the number of group members).

In addition, the group leader will get an additional bonus to exp (if the
leader is greater than or equal to the effective group level).  The bonus
to exp for leaders starts at 3% and increases by 2.2% for each group member
as the size of the group increases.

The command EXPERIENCE will show you your experience bonuses.
