Common abbreviations for "Hit points", "Mana points", and "Stamina points".
Hp = Hitpoints (used to keep you alive)
Mp = Mana points (used to cast spells)
Sp = Stamina points (used to move around and do stuff)

HMS = Hits, Mana, Stamina
