METASHOP "META SAGE" METALOG

This is a store that allows you to increase your stats (Str, Dex, etc.) and 
HMS (hits, mana, stamina) by spending experience and gold.  The cost to meta
your stats (but not hitpoints, mana, and stamina!) are somewhat cheaper at lower
levels.  Just because it's cheaper to meta at lower levels doesn't mean it's
easier.  You have to be at least level 20 to meta.

There is a limit to how high you can raise your stats (but not HMS!).  This
limit is set by your starting abilities modified by your race and paragon
boosts.  You can raise your max stat limit with MAXSTAT sessions that you can 
earn by gaining higher levels and with quest points.
