LUCK LUK

Some people are born lucky, others are down on theirs, and sometimes people
just get the luck of the draw.  

It affects you in the following ways:
	improves all saving throws,
	improves critical hit rate,
	improves special ability rate of weapons and armor,
	reduces special ability rate of weapons and armor being used against you,
	makes aggressive mobs a little slower to attack you,
	makes mobs a little leslikely to switch targets to you,
	gives an additional chance to break out of combos.
	
	and increases chances of success doing just about anything.
	The affects is quite small but every little bit helps, right?

NOTE: You can attain a luck score higher than 12 from character creation, but
maxluck can only be 12 without a luck maxstat meta or a shard. When a stat is 
higher than the max its possible to lose one on death.
