MAX MAXSTATS "MAX STATS"

Your max stat is 10 plus your starting stats without any bloodline bonus.  You 
can increase stats up to your max through META.  You can go above your "max" by 
using skills (i.e. FOCUS) or spells (i.e. STRENGTH), or by wearing +stat gear.

In addition, at higher levels, you gain MAXSTAT meta sessions which can increase
how high you can meta a stat.  Bonus MAXSTAT meta sessions are given at level 50
and above. See the LEVELS command for when your class receives a MAXSTAT meta
session.

You buy the maxstat meta with experience and gold. All this does is increase the
max of that stat. After you buy the maxstat you can then buy the actual stat
increase.

Command: buy <maxstr, maxdex, maxcon, maxwis, maxluck, or maxint>
