OUTLAWS

The command 'outlaw' will turn your outlaw flag on. Having the 'outlaw' flag
will allow you to PK (player kill) other players who have their 'outlaw' flag
on and allow them to PK you. Once set, the flag can only be removed by death,
or for a modest QP exchange.  Players will not be pardoned unless they can
show just cause.  See HELP PKILL for more details on player vs player combat.
To turn your outlaw flag on, simply type "outlaw".  You cannot go OUTLAW until
you attain level 20.

Hint: OUTLAWS can cast in peace rooms.
