QTRANSFER QPTRANSFER

You can transfer quest points to another character or your account once you reach
level 50 (level 100 for legacy characters from a previous era).  It costs 500k gold
per quest point transferred.  Quest points transferred to your account can be
withdrawn by any character on your account for free (but still cost to deposit,
at a reduced 100k rate).

Usage: qtransfer <recipient | withdraw | deposit> <amount>
Example: qtransfer lanithar 10
 This would transfer 10 of your qpoints to the character 'Lanithar'.  Note,
 that the donor (ie. you) pays the transfer cost.
Example: qtransfer deposit 5
  This will deposit 5 quest points into your account pool and cost you 100k
  per quest point.
