&02Quest points are awarded for succesful completion and sometimes
participation in a quest.  This is a partial list (subject to change) of
things you can buy with quest points:&--

  Skillpoints
  Adding or improving item special abilities (life drain, fire sword, etc)
  Pardon from Outlaw
  Pardon from Pthief
  Increase Max Stat
  Race change
  Increase durability of items or remove size restrictions
