RESIZE RESIZING

There are certain shops in Midgaard and Hillsborough that can resize items.
Not all material types can be resized however.  You can make an item
smaller, larger, lighter, slower, or faster.  An item can be resized up to 3
times, and it becomes more expensive with each resize.  Also note that resizing
an item faster will increase the Dexterity requirement to wield.  Use the
ESTIMATE command to estimate the cost of resizing.
