SUBLEADER

Someone who is a sub-par leader.  You don't want to follow bad group leaders
because they will probably get themselves and you killed or just waste a bunch
of time getting lost because they don't know where to go.  If they can at least
provide witty banter or other stimulating converstation, it MIGHT be worth it
but be ready to take care of #1 when following this type of sub-leader.
