TAME

Channel your inner ringmaster and tame the savage beasts of Kallisti!  This
fiesty skill lets you turn some animals into mounts suitable to traverse
the realms bottom to top as your trusty steed.

The rules are:
  - You must be smarter than your average bear.  Or at least the bear you're
    trying to tame.
  - Only animals (including birds, fish, snakes, insects, etc.) and no 
    humanoids because that just gets weird riding around on hobgoblins.
  - You can only tame animals that naturally wander.
  - The prospective steed must be less than your level minus 10 plus your
    rank in TAME.
  - It's harder, yet still possible, to tame aggressive beasts.

Usage: tame <beast>
