Moaning, wailing, general freaking out will instill terrible terror within your foes.

This is an area skill that will cause necrotic damage (rank + your hp/100 to hp/10) and
will make victims lower level than you flee in terror.

Holy symbol level 25 required and it uses 50 mana and 30 stamina.  You use less mana and
stamina at higher ranks.
