Barbaric warriors have long been known for their furious battle cries just
before combat.  These battle cries serve to strike fear in their enemies
and to boost the morale of their comrades.  The effect is an increase to
damroll by 1 + rank/3 for the warrior.  At rank 2, a bonus of rank/2 hitroll,
and at rank 5, a warcry will increase the damroll of everyone else in the group
by 1 + rank/6.

Rank 1: bonus to damroll
Rank 2: bonus to hitroll
Rank 5: can give bonuses to your group
