CONSECRATE

Class: Paladin, Prophet

A holy individual can consecrate water or weapons without a weapon proc. 
Consecrated items can only be used by Good aligned people but it isn't a good 
idea  to consecrate something that is !good. Then no one can wield it. ;)

Consecrating a waterskin will make it a holy water missile. 
Consecrating a weapon will add the smite proc to it with the power level based 
on your skill rank.

Your consecration is not permanent. It will disappear if you rent out or die.

Usage: consecrate <water container | weapon>
