"LEARNING SKILLS" TEACHING LEARNED

When you practice a skill or spell at your guildmaster or other trainers,
you LEARN the basics of the skill or spell, but aren't very accomplished at
it yet.  You must still 'practice' the skill or spell up to it's highest
percentages by actually using it.  Typing 'practice' outside of your guild
or 'learned' will show how well you know each skill or spell. 

Note:  Some skills are automatic, and will increase automatically with use.
