Save: vs spell for no effect        Duration: 3-12 hours 
Class: Necromancer, Wizard

This reduces the victim's intelligence and decreases their spell success rate 
and cast speed.  Also, when this is first cast on someone, it reduces their 
mana by about 10%. Int will be reduced by the smaller of 1+<level>/12 or the 
int of the victim. This is considered an aggressive spell and will start
combat.

Usage: feeblemind <victim>
