This spells gives you some tools to deal with stonewalls (destroys them),
stoneskin (destroys it if your casting level is higher), or just rip apart
some mineral based or construct mobs.  The spell can also stun your
target (20% chance default).

Damage dice adjustments as follows (i.e. +3 means <level>d8+3 damage)
  +3 Mineral (50% stun chance)
  +1 Construct (33% stun chance)
  Ethereal (5% stun chance)
  Air (5% stun chance)

Wraithform is a good defense against this spell.

Usage: fracture <target>
