This ranged attack requires a missile weapon and for you to be ranged. It makes
the target lose attacks based on your rank, can knock them off their mount, and 
causes a bash effect when successful. 

Rank 3: can be done while mounted
Rank 5: can knock opponents down

Usage: kyudo <victim>
