This spell will create a light source for anyone to use.  The type of light
created and its duration varies according to caster level.

Levels  1-19  : a torch.           Duration,  5 hours.
Levels 20-29  : a lantern.         Duration, 10 hours.
Levels 30-39  : a magic lantern.   Duration, hours equal to caster level.
Levels    40+ : a continual light. Duration, infinite.
