This spell creates a two-way portal between the caster and the target that can
be used by anyone. Can not be created while questing or in the arena and its
hard to portal to someone higher level than you. Some zones and rooms are
protected from portal and distance is a factor.

Usage: portal <target>

You can also look in a portal to see where it goes.
