Delay: 4 rounds when fighting

This spell allows the caster to replenish their supply of mana by draining the
mana from members of their party.  This spell cannot be cast on Druids due to 
the unusual nature of their magic.  The Prophet version of this spell cannot
be cast on NPC's.
